The Totebag!

Yippee... Voila... Ta-Da (those are for Keetha)

I finished the tote bag in time to give it to my friend Lori for her birthday. Of course I immediately started noticing all of the flaws that need to be fixed. So I let Lori know that she could trade it in for a new-improved, model at a later date if she wants to.
.
I was momentarily motivated to get rolling on my other waiting projects. But then I fell asleep on the couch.

I'm having trouble editing my pictures (cropping, etc.) ... keep getting errors when I try to save them. Any tips would be welcome.

  1. THANKS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY TOTE BAG! I LOVE IT AND I WILL BE KEEPING IT IN THE CAR.

PS. the problem with pics in blogworld, it is infuriating, but eventually you just roll with the punches otherwise, it will drive you nuts!!! I have no help to give other than try, try again.

  2. I'm so glad you enjoyed my post with the video from the group "Conspirare" and that it was soothing for a fellow member of the Insomniac Club :-) If you have Napster (actually, I don't think you even have to have the pay subscription to purchase songs or an album) you can find their recent CD which has this "Light of a Clear Blue Morning" on it. There are also other very peaceful beautiful songs there, as well as some rather upbeat not conducive to sleep ones, but really good to get up out of bed to! The album is called "A Company of Voices -- Conspirare in Concert". Or, one could go to their web site www.conspirare.org and be able to purchase it there. Thanks for the nice comment on my blog. I'm glad you found joyfortheday.blogspot.com and I hope postings will continue to have things which will make you smile or bring comfort through long dark nights.
